It's So Much Work to Be Your Friend (book)
A groundbreaking examination of a long-neglected problem, It's So Much Work To Be Your Friend presents solutions that will change the lives of millions of children.
Today, with approximately three million American children being treated for learning disabilities, and one in six kids destined to encounter serious difficulties in learning to read, it is vitally important to supplement remedial academics with a strong and focused dedication to dealing with the highly fraught and emotionally confusing social interactions that occupy "the other sixteen hours" of the child's day.
